Each software developer will provide their list of which data elements they will send and or receive from another company. The application software does not have to be designed using the same technology or saved in the same database structure to be able to communicate with another product.

This product has four main usages.
(1) To scan in all of your old charts to free up storage space and save $
(2) To scan in current partial charts initially for management, billing and front desk benefits for items such as patient ID, insurance cards, referrals etc.
(3) To scan in all current patient documents or import images for an easy to view current chart anywhere on the network. (This assumes that the physicians will still document each visit on paper to be scanned in at checkout or later but the physician does not have to make any changes to his or her workflow.)

We have designed a very flexible manager’s report suite utilizing crystal report writer which includes the capability to download data to off-the-shelf Windows software such as Excel. We offer several different choices for clearinghouses to send electronic claims, to get back electronic remittances and eligibility. We offer full e-Prescribing as a stand alone ASP product through the web or integrated to our PMS or EMR. This includes a complete medication database, drug history, encrypted e-Prescribing, medication formularies, drug to drug interactions, allergy ingredient interactions and patient pamphlets.
This is a real-time EMR designed specifically for the ASC environment. It completely replaces the paper chart in the ASC. The ASC can be multi-provider, multi-location and multi-specialty. All surgery data is entered during the surgical encounter. Each patient’s history is maintained by case number by department flow. Today’s surgeries are displayed with a status by department: Pre-Admit, Admit, Pre-OP, OR and Post-OP.
